Practice sessions stay in ChatGPT

The plugin consists of instructions and reference links. It does not operate a publisher-controlled API, account system, audio recorder, score database, or automatic transcript-export service. Its package contains no mechanism that sends your answers to the publisher.

Your prompts, answers, uploaded material, and any voice interactions are processed by ChatGPT. OpenAI's applicable terms, privacy policy, account controls, and any workspace settings govern that processing. This plugin does not set OpenAI's retention periods or model-training choices.

Reference lookup and external websites

The examiner uses available ChatGPT search and document tools to check aviation sources. Those features may process queries and retrieved material under their own terms. Clicking a POH, FAA, eCFR, or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own practices. Do not put unnecessary personal information into reference requests.

This website

The website's authored code includes no analytics, advertising pixels, forms, cookies, local-storage tracking, or third-party embedded content. The pilot image and styles are served with the site. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request data under their own policies; absence of custom tracking does not mean no infrastructure data is processed.

Your choices

You can use fictional airport and passenger details for practice. Share only what is necessary. Manage your ChatGPT conversations, memory, voice, and data preferences through ChatGPT's controls. Requests to the plugin publisher do not delete information held by OpenAI or another provider.
